Garrison Flood Control – Beluga™ Bag Flood Barrier (Single Bag)

The Beluga™ Bag Barrier is a FIBC sand-filled flood protection system designed for large-scale flood threats. By filling with sand or other suitable materials, it creates a heavy-duty levee capable of holding back severe flooding with protection heights up to 40 inches. Each bag ships flat for easy transport and one chamber replaces 150 sandbags. Ideal for major flood threats, the Beluga™ concertina-style large bag barrier requires minimal site preparation and offers an effective flood defense solution.

Features:

Fill with sand, gravel, cement, or other suitable materials

Each compartment replaces 150 sandbags and supports a Safe Working Load of 4,500 lbs per chamber

Made from 5.6 oz coated (impermeable) polypropylene fabric on one side and uncoated 5.0 oz (water permeable) fabric on other sides, allowing slow water drainage

Diverts water away from sensitive infrastructure and blocks significant water flow

Can seal sewer drains to prevent backflow or backups

Helps combat coastal erosion with minimal site preparation and can reinforce and heighten levees
